in atlanta, dining out

I don’t know if there are tickets left but is doing a pop-up lunch (two per day) at The Preserving Place and we went on Monday and it was so good so I decided to tell the internet because my friends are tired of me talking about food. Unless they are my food friends, and they’re just plain tired of me talking.

It’s a set menu, not vegetarian like the glorious old days of Dynamic Dish, with wines paired by Perrine’s.

Dave’s food always has a way of making me feel happy and satiated and his food has soul. Photos below. There was a with mango and ginger and cocoa nibs that I didn’t photograph, but a few others captured it.

Cashew Cream filled Belgian Endive Leaves, Shiitake Bacon, Chopped Chive, and Persimmon Vinegar

Kale Cracker filled w/Goji Berry-Turmeric Chevré topped Roasted Beet & ground Pumpkinseed

Bristol Bay Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Belly, Organic Haas Avocado, Fennel Frond, Lemon, Salmon Skin, Wild Sorrel

Cucumber, Buttermilk, Pink Peppercorn

Turkey Schnitzel, Peruvian Potato, Pickled White Asparagus, Friseé w/Bacon-Apple Cider Vinaigrette
