All Over the Palate #25. I love Italian food, and it’s not hard to figure this out when you see my selections for this series each month. I’ve yet to make great gnocchi at home, it always comes up a bit short texturally. I think it’s time to give it another go.

The soup below looks incredibly delicious on a hot day, and I will have to remember the timpano dish for a Sunday, which is my comfort food day. All photos below are from their respective sites. Duh.
